Liventra Properties is seeking a dedicated and detail-driven Junior Accountant Officer to support our growing Property Management division. This role is ideal for someone with strong UAE accounting experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage financial operations related to property portfolios, landlords, and tenants.

Prepare
tenant ledgers, owner statements
, and monthly financial summaries.
Monitor
rental payments, overdue accounts, penalties
, and coordinate payment follow-ups.
Assist with
NOCs, tenancy contracts, security deposits, and renewal payments
.
Support the preparation of
invoices, receipts, debit/credit notes
, and rental reports.
Maintain accurate
property-wise and tenant-wise accounting records
.
Coordinate with Leasing Team, Admin, Management, and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with
UAE accounting standards, RERA guidelines
, and company SOPs.
Support VAT documentation, payroll data, and monthly reconciliation reports.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year UAE accounting experience
(property management/real estate preferred).
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Knowledge of rental accounting, deposits, owner statements, and real estate documentation.
Proficient in MS Excel; accounting software experience is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle deadlines, multitask, and work independently.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
