Job Vacancy: Junior Accountant
Location: Dubai - UAE
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Accountant with strong UAE experience and advanced Excel proficiency to join our finance team.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience inside the UAE.
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, financial reports).
Must hold a UAE-recognized accounting certification (UAECA / ACCA / or Other).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE financial regulations.
Experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT filing, and month-end closing.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledgers.
Prepare bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
Manage accounts payable & accounts receivable.
Process supplier invoices, payments, and petty cash entries.
Assist in VAT reports and submissions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements & closing reports.
Maintain accurate documentation and filing of accounting records.
Support senior accountants and management with any required financial analysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
