THE ROLE
In this role, you will manage key financial operations for our international business, including accounts receivable and payable, treasury activities, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, and experience working with digital tools and international accounting standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage
accounts receivable
and
accounts payable
processes efficiently and accurately.
Prepare
customized invoices
upon customer request.
Ensure
compliance
with international accounting standards and company policies.
Perform
accounting reconciliations
and maintain brand finance tracking files.
Monitor
payment processes
for customers and handle data entry tasks.
Work with platforms such as
Stripe
,
PayPal
, and
Kajabi
for payment processing and financial tracking.
Create
monthly reports
from the Kajabi platform and manage related expenses.
Conduct
monthly checks
on Facebook Ads, Stripe fees, and expense reports.
Support the finance team with
reports, calculations, and forecasting
.
Set up
Zapier automations
for new brands before the first sale is made.
Use
Salesforce (or similar CRM tools)
for financial reporting and webhook integration.
Maintain accurate financial documentation and organize receipts and files in shared drives.
Continuously improve
internal Google Sheets
and financial tracking templates.
Be familiar with Zoho Books
for bookkeeping, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations
, including verifying taxable transactions and maintaining VAT documentation.
Support UAE Corporate Tax (CT) compliance
, including maintaining required records and assisting with CT-related reports.
Follow UAE accounting and bookkeeping laws
, ensuring correct filing, documentation, and adherence to local financial regulations
