About Sea La Vie Holiday Homes:

We're a fast-growing holiday-homes brand. We're hiring a detail-obsessed Accountant to help keep our finances tidy across multiple units and support scale-up.

Responsibilities:

Record daily transactions (expenses, receipts, payments) and attach supporting documents.

Manage A/R & A/P: track due dates, match invoices, follow up on collections.

Perform monthly bank reconciliations.

Taxation: Assist with or oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns and ensure tax compliance.

Maintain unit-level cost ledgers and assist with Owner Statements / P&L by Unit.

Collaborate with Operations/Design/Services to capture all invoices and receipts.

Keep our digital filing neat (naming conventions, folders, audit-ready).

Requirements:

Solid Excel/Google Sheets (SUMIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

This is a full-time, permanent, in-office position. If you're willing to commute to the office on a daily, then apply. No work-from-home will be hired.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Minimum age: 25 years

2+ years of UAE experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

Excellent proficiency in English Language

Knowledgeable in holiday homes, particularly on the Airbnb platform

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Zoho)

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
