Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant who is either a fresh graduate or has up to 1 year of relevant accounting experience. This person will provide support to the finance & accounting team and gain hands?on exposure to day?to?day accounting operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop the cost based accounting practices in the company expenses booking and maintain department wise revenue recognition for profitability analysis at department level.
MIS reports of the relevant areas
Preparation of estimated monthly cash flow requirements of the company
Preparation of payroll & WPS transfer.
When directed by the management/immediate superior, carry out instructions and tasks as requested, to support the finance functions of the company
Making financial closing entries, provisions and checking trial balance.
Annual Reports of Projects.
Prepare yearly Financial Statement
Represent the organization in front of the external auditor to clear their doubts and queries regarding the accounting entries.
Making Journal, Payment /Receipt Entries for daily and monthly transactions
Verifying PR related Bills and other all type of payments
Preparing Monthly Referral Incentive and processing Cheques
Determines content and assembles data in order to prepare monthly reports for review.
Reconciles transactions, financial data and other information to an automated accounting system.
Pre-audits, verifies, and processes employee expense claims reviewing rules for employee compliance.
Interprets and applies instructions and guidelines to resolve work problems.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

Qualifications / Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
0 to 1 year of accounting/finance experience (internships or academic projects can count).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, basic reports).
Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work under supervision as well as take initiative.
