Record all financial transactions in QuickBooks, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses.
Maintain updated ledgers and ensure all entries are properly categorized.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable
Prepare and post customer invoices and receipts.
Enter supplier bills, payments, and credit notes.
Maintain AR/AP aging schedules and follow up on outstanding items.
3. Bank & Cash Reconciliation
Record all bank transactions and perform monthly reconciliations.
Maintain petty cash book and support daily cash management.
4. Reporting & Support
Generate standard QuickBooks reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance).
Assist the Accounts Manager with monthly closings and audit preparations.
Provide accurate data for VAT return submissions.
5. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain organized physical and digital filing of all financial records.
Ensure supporting documentation complies with UAE accounting standards.
6. Coordination
Work closely with the remote Accounts Manager, providing daily financial updates.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and banks when required.
