Job Description

The Accounts Receivable in the real estate sector is responsible for managing all incoming payments, tenant invoicing, and receivables tracking. This role ensures that installments for off-plan projects are accurately billed, payments are posted on time, and outstanding balances are collected efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience with real estate accounting systems, and a proactive approach to collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and issue invoices Record, reconcile, and post incoming payments wire transfers, and credit cards Maintains data of Cheques received and ensure timely deposit Monitor aging reports and perform regular follow-ups on outstanding balances. Daily bank reconciliations and application of payments in the accounting software. Prepare and distribute monthly AR aging and collection status reports to management. Support annual reconciliations and real estate audits as required.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Candidate should have at least (2) two years Real Estate and Construction of experience Knowledge in TAS and DLD portal is a plus Strong knowledge of accounting principles Good communication skills in English both written and verbal High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Ability to work as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
