Junior Accountant

. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow within a fast-paced accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping. Support in preparing invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents. Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank statements. Help in preparing monthly and annual financial reports. Assist with accounts payable and receivable management. Support senior accountants in audits, financial analysis, and tax filing. Monitor petty cash and ensure proper expense documentation. Maintain confidentiality of financial data and adhere to company accounting policies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably within the UAE. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks). Basic understanding of VAT and UAE financial regulations. Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills.
