Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Process and reconcile invoices, expenses, and payments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
Support in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Prepare and process journal entries.
Assist with bank reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Assist in preparing for audits by providing necessary documentation and information (if applicable).
Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience
in an accounting role.
Audit experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Tally) and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.
