We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Junior Accountant
to manage daily accounting tasks, cashier functions, and HR payroll operations. The candidate will support the finance and HR teams in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily
cashier transactions
and maintain proper records.
Manage
accounts payable/receivable
entries and reconciliations.
Prepare and process
monthly payroll
in coordination with HR.
Assist in
bank transactions and petty cash management
.
Support the Finance team in
monthly closing and reporting
.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
Assist in
HR operational tasks
related to employee attendance and payroll.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounting or cashier role (UAE experience preferred).
Knowledge of
MS Excel and accounting software.
Basic understanding of
UAE payroll and HR operations
.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
