Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
Support the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Help in managing accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.
Perform data entry and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the accounting team for audits and financial reviews.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus.
