Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented

Junior Accountant

to take full responsibility for the organization's day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting functions, VAT compliance, and financial reporting, and will be comfortable managing tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and general ledgers Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections Prepare and process bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and adjustments Oversee cash flow statements and maintain petty cash Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations Generate monthly and annual financial statements and reports Monitor expenditures and assist in budgeting and forecasting Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed Ensure proper documentation and archiving of financial data Manage day-to-day financial operations without supervision

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Accounting, Finance

, or a related discipline

1-2 years of accounting experience in the UAE

Working knowledge of

IFRS

and

UAE VAT laws, WPS

Proficient in accounting software (e.g.,

Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or Oracle

) Solid Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle full accounting responsibilities independently Fluency in English and other language is plus.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
