Position Overview:

We are looking for an Accountant candidate with a strong foundation in accounting principles and hands-on experience with

QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance. Process and record financial transactions using

QuickBooks software.

Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts by analyzing past financial performance and making recommendations for future financial planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial controls. Coordinate and support external audits by providing necessary financial documentation, answering auditor inquiries, and implementing audit recommendations to improve internal controls and processes. Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement, and provide actionable insights to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficient in using QuickBooks for day-to-day financial operations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
