Job Description

Need to work under the supervision of senior accountants and play a critical role in maintaining financial records and supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities

:

Record Transactions

: Post and process journal entries to ensure accurate documentation of business transactions.

Financial Reporting

: Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Account Reconciliation

: Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Invoice and Payment Processing

: Manage accounts payable (e.g., processing invoices and payments) and accounts receivable (e.g., issuing invoices and collecting payments).

Payroll Support

: Assist with monthly payroll processing and related reports.

Qualifications and Skills

:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Languages:

Urdu, English (Read, Write, Speak) required

Experience

: Entry-level role; preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience or internships in accounting or finance.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Soft Skills

: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

UAE VAT

related Knowledge is required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,599.00 - AED2,499.00 per month
