Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports
Reconcile bank statements and support monthly closings
Organize and maintain accounting documents and files
Support in audits and tax preparations
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting-related queries
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role
Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Good communication and a team-player attitude
