The Role
Guildhall, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our client, a prestigious holding company managing a real estate investment portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with some real estate experience to kickstart their career in accounting. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing financial reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the senior accounting team in day-to-day accounting tasks \xe2\x80\xa2 Process accounts payable and receivable transactions \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow management \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Help with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field \xe2\x80\xa2 Some experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate sector \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
