Job Location: AL Ras Deira, Dubai 6 days Working - Mon - Sat (Sun fixed off) Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Junior Accountant to join our team in UAE. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and assisting in budget planning and analysis. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist in budget planning and analysis
- Provide financial data for the preparation of annual reports and tax returns
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
- Manage the company's financial procedures and internal controls
- Liaise with auditors and tax authorities
- Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure compliance with VAT regulations
- Prepare and submit payroll reports and ensure compliance with payroll regulations
- Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- CPA or ACCA certification is preferred
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, Xero, SAP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of UAE accounting standards and regulations
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
