Key Responsibilities:
1. Preform daily accounting tasks including review of payment receipts, outgoing orders, and changes in inventory. This includes creating invoices, reviewing inventory with warehouse manager, analyzing return and cash receipts, etc.
2. Managing a variety of financial transactions, from recording expenses to handling income and expenditure accounts. Maintain Cash flow and preforming reports on expenses, profits, etc.
3. Responsible for maintain overview of all ledgers position including: Following up on overdue payments, reconciling the company's bank statements, and bookkeeping ledgers
4. Standard Bookkeeping duties including performing VAT Compliant Accounting, preparing and processing the filing of VAT Tax returns.
