This position supports day-to-day accounting entries, document preparation, and administrative coordination while ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting Support
Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting entries
Prepare and update invoices, receipts, and payment records
Maintain petty cash and support expense tracking
Assist in preparing simple financial reports and documentation
2. Administrative Coordination
Handle daily office communication, calls, and emails
Prepare and maintain Excel sheets, Word documents, and organized filing systems
Support office coordination tasks when required
Assist senior staff with routine tasks and follow-ups
3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate databases and records
Ensure timely submission and tracking of internal documents
Support procurement and vendor coordination where needed
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Must be fluent in Hindi
Must be currently based in the UAE
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Proficient in
MS Excel and MS Word
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
