Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and supporting the accounting team in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

2. Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts.

3. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

4. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.

5. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with regulatory requirements.

6. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded.

7. Support the month-end and year-end close processes.

8. Assist with auditing activities and internal control procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Previous experience (Min 2-3 Years) in accounting or finance roles is must.

3. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards - Real Estate Preferred

4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

7. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
