Accountant

with strong financial reporting and reconciliation experience to support our expanding operations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Financial Record Maintenance

Update financial records using accounting software. Post and process journal entries to ensure accurate transactions.

2. Payroll Assistance

Support monthly payroll processing and employee compensation accuracy.

3. Reconciliation Tasks

Conduct regular reconciliation operations. Handle inter-branch reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

4. Data Accuracy and Accessibility

Maintain accurate and organized financial data for internal and audit use.

5. Reporting

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly accounting reports.

6. Financial Statements

Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other reports as per legal and internal standards.

Job Requirements:

1. Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Experience

Minimum 2 years of accounting and taxation experience in the e-commerce or retail sector. Audit experience is mandatory. Able to present monthly financial reports and assist in audits.

3. Software Skills

Proficient in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Sage, or Tally.

4. Technical Skills

Strong Excel skills for financial reporting and analysis.

5. Time Management

Self-starter with excellent organizational and deadline management skills.

6. Communication

Strong communication skills for liaising with branches, vendors, and internal teams.

7. Tax Knowledge

Good understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and their application in e-commerce.

8. Flexibility

You must be willing to relocate to any of our branches (Dubai, Sharjah, or Abu Dhabi), if needed.
