Junior Accountant

to join our finance team in Ajman.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.

2. Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

3. Handle invoice processing, receipts, payments,

4. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

5. Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts.

6. Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting standards.

7. Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting-related records.

8. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely financial entries and reporting.

9. Daily cash and Bank reconciliation.

10. Customer and supplier ledger reconciliation monthly.

11. Petty cash management.

12. Tax filing

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. 1-2 years of accounting experience in the UAE (preferred in FMCG/Trading industry).

3. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Odoo, Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).

4. Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

7. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
