We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team at Beyond Administrative Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in the UAE accounting environment and possess strong knowledge of the UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers in compliance with UAE accounting standards
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Handle VAT registration, filing, and returns in accordance with UAE FTA regulations
Ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements and guidelines
Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow records
Support the senior accounting team with audits and financial analysis
Maintain organized documentation for tax and regulatory purposes
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
