Process invoices, expense claims, and payments
Handle petty cash transactions
Perform bank reconciliations
Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns
Provide support during internal and external audits
Purchase booking and maintaining supplier records
Raising quotations and assisting with procurement documentation
Following up on customer and supplier payments
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory)
1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Candidates with prior workshop/garage experience will be preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
