Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in accounting who is eager to develop their skills and grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities



Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies Support accounts payable and receivable activities Prepare basic financial reports and assist with audit processes Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards Maintain organized records and assist with documentation for audits and reporting

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Odoo) Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or local standards) High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity Strong communication and organizational skills
