Supporting processes and projects together with clients Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and offer customized solutions. Develop customized solutions that address customer needs and align with their strategic objectives, providing solutions to their requirements. Cultivate lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within companies. Support the conversion process in contact with other areas of the company (Purchasing, Operational Excellence) Provide solutions to customer requirements. Upload new products to our platform Analysis and segmentation of our database for strategic actions Provide support to customers to learn how to use our platform

Job Requirements
Previous experience in roles involving direct customer contact and internal coordination.
completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Systems, Marketing or related fields. Availability for travel and events (10%) Office suite management (Advanced Excel Level) Excellent organizational and planning skills.
