We specialize in providing high-quality interior solutions for commercial and residential projects, delivering excellence in design and functionality to our clients. : We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Junior AC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service, possess strong technical skills in AC installation, maintenance, and repairs, and be willing to work at various locations across the UAE. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering top-notch HVAC solutions to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems in commercial and residential settings.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in AC systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting AC components to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to schedule and prioritize service calls and assignments.
- Interact professionally with clients to understand their HVAC needs, provide expert advice, and address any concerns or questions.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts inventory, and work performed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and standards while working on AC systems and at job sites.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in AC installation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Technical diploma or certification in HVAC or related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work at various locations across the UAE as per project requirements.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards work and clients.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
