We are looking for a
creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer & Architect
to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience inF&B outlets, restaurants, cafes, and shopping mall projects
, with strong skills in architectural design, 3D visualization, and execution support.Key Responsibilities
Develop
3D designs, renderings, and walkthroughs
for F&B outlets and retail/mall projects Prepareconcept designs, layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements Prepareshop drawings and as-built drawings
as required Support project execution by providing design clarifications during fit-out and construction Ensure compliance with local authority guidelines, mall regulations, and brand standardsRequired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Architecture.
3-6 years
of relevant experience (F&B / restaurant / mall projects preferred) Strong proficiency in3Ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, V-Ray/Lumion/Corona, and Adobe Photoshop
Excellent understanding ofspace planning, materials, finishes, and lighting
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines Strong communication and coordination skillsPreferred Experience
Experience working on
restaurants, cafes, food courts, retail outlets, and shopping malls
Familiarity withUAE fit-out standards and approval processes
Immediate availability is highly preferredWhat We Offer
