Key Duties and Responsibilities

Juice & Beverage Preparation

Prepare all types of fresh juices, smoothies, and milkshakes according to the standard recipes. Ensure taste, presentation, and portion consistency in every order. Prepare and serve drinks promptly, especially during peak hours.

Ingredient Handling

Wash, peel, cut, and store fruits and vegetables properly. Maintain daily stock of all required ingredients and request items before shortage. Ensure proper labeling and storage of all juice ingredients in chillers or freezers.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

Keep the juice counter, equipment, and utensils clean at all times. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean working area after each shift.

Machine & Equipment Care

Operate juicer machines, blenders, and other tools safely and correctly. Clean and maintain all machines after use. Immediately report any machine malfunction to the supervisor.

Customer Service

Greet and serve customers politely with a positive attitude. Take customer orders accurately and suggest specials when appropriate. Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally.

Quality & Standard Maintenance

Ensure all ingredients used are fresh and of good quality. Follow standard recipes and maintain product consistency. Avoid wastage and ensure cost control.

Reporting & Teamwork

Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations. Maintain daily records of juice preparation, wastage, and inventory. Follow all supervisor instructions and company policies.

Personal Conduct

Maintain a clean uniform and professional appearance. Be punctual and disciplined during duty hours. Follow all company health, safety, and hygiene rules.

Requirements

Previous experience as a juice maker or in a similar role preferred. Knowledge of fruit combinations, flavor balance, and beverage preparation. Strong hygiene awareness and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills.
