Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Juice Maker to prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages for our customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling fresh fruits, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, milkshakes, and other beverages according to recipes or customer requests. Wash, peel, cut, and store fruits and vegetables hygienically. Operate blenders, juicers, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, utensils, and machines at all times. Ensure fruits, vegetables, and ingredients are fresh, well-stocked, and stored properly. Monitor inventory and assist in placing orders for supplies. Greet customers politely and ensure quick, friendly service. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. Handle cash or billing if required.
Requirements

Previous experience as a juice maker, barista, or in food & beverage preparation preferred. Knowledge of various fruit combinations and healthy beverage recipes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene. Good communication and customer service skills. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if needed.
