Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide range of
fresh juices, milkshakes, smoothies, and mocktails
according to company recipes.
Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients at all times.
Operate juicing and blending equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation area at all times.
Handle and store fruits, vegetables, dairy, and other ingredients properly.
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Monitor inventory and inform management of low stock levels.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
Support in daily opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a juice maker or in a similar food/beverage role.
Must know how to prepare fresh juices, milkshakes, and mocktails.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
