Key Responsibilities
Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, mocktails, and cold beverages.
Make tea (black, green, karak, etc.) and a variety of coffee drinks (espresso, latte, cappuccino, Americano).
Prepare basic desserts such as fruit bowls, ice cream mixes, falooda, etc.
Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and utensils.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) are followed.
Monitor ingredient stock and report shortages.
Provide friendly and fast customer service.
Work efficiently during peak hours and support the team as needed.
Requirements
Experience as a juice maker, barista, beverage preparer, or similar role (preferred).
Knowledge of beverage preparation and basic dessert making.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
