Job Summary and Responsibilities We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Juice and Sandwich Maker to join our team at Kahaani Cafe. As a Juice and Sandwich Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of delicious juices, smoothies, and sandwiches to our customers. Your creativity in crafting unique flavor combinations and your attention to detail in food presentation will contribute to providing an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble a wide range of juices, smoothies, and sandwiches according to customer orders and recipes.
• Operate juicers, blenders, grills, and other kitchen equipment to ensure efficient production.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment.
• Stock and rotate ingredients to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role or in food preparation is required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a passion for the culinary arts.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
