The Junior Waitress supports the Front of House team in delivering BRIX Journey's signature multi-sensory dessert fine-dining experience. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, refined service etiquette, and the ability to guide guests through a 12-course dessert journey inspired by the Silk Road. The Junior Waitress plays a key part in ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless, immersive, and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and deliver the high standard of hospitality expected from a fine-dining environment.
Present the BRIX Journey concept clearly and assist guests in understanding the structure of the 12-course experience.
Support senior waitstaff in executing each course with precision, timing, and consistent presentation.
Serve dishes with refined service techniques that enhance the storytelling and sensory elements of each course.
Maintain excellent knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, allergens, and the cultural inspirations behind each course.
Ensure tables are set, presented, and maintained according to BRIX Journey standards.
Assist with clearing, resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service.
Manage guest requests professionally, ensuring prompt communication with the team.
Follow all hygiene, safety, and grooming standards as required by fine-dining operations.
Support special events, private experiences, or seasonal menu changes as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a warm, polished guest-facing approach.
Passion for desserts, culinary storytelling, or experiential dining concepts.
Ability to work gracefully under pressure in a highly coordinated service environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to learn the BRIX Journey narrative.
