Job Summary:
As a Junior Trainer in our home cleaning services company, you will be responsible for training and mentoring cleaning staff to ensure they provide high-quality cleaning services to our clients. You will work closely with the senior trainer and cleaning team to enhance skills and uphold company standards.
Key Responsibilities: Training:
  • Assist in conducting training sessions for new and existing cleaning staff.
  • Teach and reinforce cleaning procedures, techniques, and best practices.
  • Ensure all staff members are proficient in using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
Mentoring:
  • Provide one-on-one guidance and support to cleaning staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance and offer constructive feedback.
  • Identify areas for improvement and work with individuals to enhance their skills.
Quality Control:
  • Conduct regular quality checks on cleaning services provided by staff.
  • Ensure that cleaning services meet or exceed company standards and client expectations.
  • Report any issues or deviations from standards to the senior trainer or management.
Documentation:
  • Maintain training records, including attendance, performance assessments, and feedback.
  • Assist in updating training materials and manuals as needed.
Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between the cleaning staff and management.
  • Relay feedback and suggestions from staff to management and vice versa.
Professional Development:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new cleaning technologies, and best practices.
  • Continuously improve your own skills and knowledge to better train and support cleaning staff.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate in hospitality industry. Additional education or certifications in cleaning or training fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience in home cleaning services or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
  • Patience and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in the cleaning industry.
  • Knowledge of home deep cleaning procedures, tools and chemicals.
Additional Information:
  • This position may require travel to different client locations to conduct training and quality checks.
  • Flexibility in work hours may be necessary, as some training sessions may occur outside regular business hours.
  • Will report to the senior trainer or training manager.
