About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Site Engineer specializing in Steel Structures to join our growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Jr. Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing steel structure construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on-site.

Assist in the supervision of steel structure construction activities on-site Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and other project documents Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation Assist in quality control processes and identify potential issues or improvements Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical challenges and implement solutions Support the development and implementation of project schedules and timelines Participate in site meetings and communicate project status to senior management Ensure adherence to local construction regulations and environmental standards

What do we need from you

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 1-2 years of experience in steel structure construction or related field Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software Strong knowledge of steel structure design and construction principles Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations in the UAE Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively in a team environment Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred Willingness to work on-site in various weather conditions * Ability to adapt to a fast-paced construction environment
