This program is designed for all Saudi graduates, intending to uplift their career and provide them with structured training, unique skills, and hands-on experience in the emerging practices and technologies of the electrical vehicle (EV) industry. During the program, you will have the opportunity to work alongside local and international experts with a chance to rotate through different Lucid functions, developing a broad perspective of the industry, and develop your business knowledge and skills. Training Program Summary: You will go through 12 months of intensive on-the-job training, 9 months in KSA, and 3 Months in the US to prepare you to handle the role and responsibilities of this position.

Responsibilities: Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid Motors vehicles. Ability to demonstrate and teach learned technical skills/knowledge with others. Effectively work with the appropriate software suite to document all customer vehicle interactions properly and completely. Maintain a high knowledge level of high voltage, low voltage, and General Electric vehicle systems. Effectively communicate and collaborate with other members of the service team (i.e., advisor, manager, etc.). Follow correct repair order documentation procedures, i.e. The Three C's. Creatively solve problems and think quickly in a busy, fast-paced environment. Demonstrate attention to detail and passion for creating positive client experiences. Ability to work remotely and support mobile service team as needed.

Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical Power Engineering or related field. English fluency is a must. Strong oral and written communication, and active listening ability. Must possess a valid driver's license. Conscientious, responsible, and reliable. Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software.
