Responsibilities:
Promote and sell bank credit cards to potential customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, outdoor sales, and referrals.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly to customers.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support when required.
Requirements:
Previous sales experience (preferably in banking/financial products) is an advantage, but freshers are welcome.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Candidates must have their own visa, spouse visa, or dependent visa.
Immediate joiners preferred.
