Jr. Sales Account Executive

Job Description

At FAMS, our Junior Account Executives support the full sales cycle and play a key role in converting qualified opportunities into customers. This is an early-career, high-growth role designed for someone ready to progress from lead generation into solution selling and deal execution. You'll partner closely with Senior Account Executives, Marketing, and Solutions/Delivery teams to build pipeline, run discovery, present value, and close smaller-to-mid opportunities while learning our enterprise sales motion.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline & Lead Handling



o Work inbound and outbound leads generated by marketing and BDR activity.

o Qualify opportunities using SPIN and BANT and define next steps.

o Manage assigned SMB/mid-market opportunities through the pipeline.

? Discovery & Solution Positioning



o Conduct structured discovery calls to understand operational pain points, cost drivers, compliance needs, and ROI priorities.

o Map customer requirements to FAMS solutions with support from Solutions Engineers.

? Sales Execution



o Prepare quotes, proposals, and basic business cases with measurable value.

o Support product demos, site visits, and proof-of-concept scoping.

o Follow up proactively to progress deals and remove blockers.

? Account Support



o Assist with early renewals, expansions, and cross-sell opportunities for smaller accounts. o Coordinate onboarding handover and ensure expectations are clearly documented.

? CRM & Reporting



o Maintain accurate CRM updates for calls, meetings, stages, and forecast.

o Track weekly performance by channel and report learnings and outcomes.

? Collaboration



o Work with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and vertical-specific use cases.

o Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth delivery alignment.

o Able to use basic numbers to explain savings, utilization improvements, compliance gains, and productivity impact.

o Organized, disciplined, and able to handle multiple opportunities in parallel.

Qualifications & Experience



? Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred).

? 1-2 years experience in B2B sales, inside sales, SaaS, IoT, fleet, logistics, or related tech.

? Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalents).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
