Key Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and update candidate records.
Support onboarding activities and documentation.
Assist HR team with administrative tasks as required.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of recruitment or HR experience (internships included).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Familiar with recruitment tools and MS Office applications.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
