Jr. QA/QC Engineer - Civil

to join our client's team on a large-scale, high-rise building project.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 1-2 years of experience to contribute to the successful delivery of a prestigious development.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine quality control inspections

and tests on civil works, including structural, finishing, and infrastructure elements.

Ensure all site activities and materials

comply with project specifications, drawings, and international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).

Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation

, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).

Coordinate with the project team

to resolve any quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Verify the quality of incoming materials

from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements.

Participate in site meetings

and provide regular updates on the quality status of the project.

Assist in the final handover process

by ensuring all quality records are complete and accurate.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Civil Engineering or a related field.

1-2 years of proven experience

in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role, specifically on large-scale construction projects.

Direct experience with high-rise building projects

is a must.

In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles

, construction practices, and quality management systems.

Familiarity with relevant local and international building codes

and standards.

Excellent communication,

organizational, and report-writing skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities

and a meticulous attention to detail.
