Key Responsibilities

Supervision: Assist in managing and supervising daily operations of carpentry, joinery, and fabrication teams. Design Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and design plans, ensuring precise implementation. Project Coordination: Organize and allocate tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure timelines are met. Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Material Management: Assist in planning, sourcing, and managing materials required for projects. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and guidelines. Reporting: Provide updates to senior supervisors or project managers on progress, challenges, and resource needs. Flexible to work during weekends in the warehouse and onsite when its needed Coordinating with 3D designer any design related projects Reports handling Onsite project handling

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in exhibitions, events, or construction industries. Strong understanding of carpentry, joinery, and fabrication processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Basic knowledge of CAD software is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead a diverse team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary. UAE driving license is an advantage.
