Job Description
Core Metal Industry LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Jr. Production Engineer
to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.Key Responsibilities:
Support the production manager in daily operations and workflow planning. Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards. Coordinate with other departments such as design, QA/QC, and maintenance. Assist in implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering or equivalent. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the steel or fabrication industry. Basic knowledge of production planning, fabrication processes, and material handling. Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
