Job Purpose: To Generate process design calculations for vessels, assemblies and equipment packages as per applicable design codes. Generate equipment specification sheets based on the process design. Support design team for post order design development, calculations and review specifications, fabrication drawings, internal and third-party design calculations and drawings.
- Creating and refining detailed plans for various processes.
- It includes performing simulations, design calculations, and process optimization to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Knowledge in API standards & International codes used for Process design & analysis.
- Review the enquiry/ requirement and develop process design criteria.
- Preparing a range of engineering documents and drawings, including Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Process Datasheets, and Equipment Specifications.
- Liaise with client for clarifications required to generate process design.
- Finalize the process design and equipment specifications with discussion and approval from management.
- Prepare equipment specification sheet and technical documents.
- Maintain record of all the design documents as required by the standards.
- Maintain a Design register.
- Responsible for the safekeeping of all technical related drawing documents e.g. Client draft drawings.

- Graduate in Chemical Engineering or similar.
- 1-2 years relevant experience (preferably in Oil& Gas Projects).
- Knowledge in Process simulators such as ASPEN HYSYS, UniSim and software\xe2\x80\x99s like MS office, AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of International codes and standards like API, ASME, etc.,
- Exposure to international clients / consultants, Engineering standards and specifications.
