Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to support our construction projects. The role involves assisting senior engineers with design, planning, site supervision, and reporting while gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of civil engineering projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and reviewing project drawings, plans, and specifications. Support site supervision, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Maintain daily reports, documentation, and material tracking. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution. Participate in site inspections and assist in resolving technical issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 0-3 years of experience in construction projects (buildings, infrastructure, or roads). Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of design software like STAAD Pro is a plus. Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills. Immediate joining preferred.
