- Updating photos on Shopify Website and Delivery Apps
- Organising Photoshoot Props Setup for new Product Photoshoot
- Updating pricing after Supervisors approval.
- Checking and updating inventory for both sites.
- Maintain timely product database of products based on site / delivery apps for other departments.
- Product Sell outs or Listing on timely manner based on set guidelines.
- Updating Filters on Sites (Colors / Sizes / Prices).
- Content Related work on both sites (Banners, Products, Headlines, New Categories & Content on Categories).
- Supporting Customer Service on phone calls, printing / administrative tasks / documentation (FAQs)
- Product Testing Website features / Products (Desktop / Devices / OS) on a day to day to ensure nothing is broken.
- Looking at Product Inventory from other sales channels such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, Amazon.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in web content management or related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of web design or content management systems (CMS)
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
