The company provides free shared bachelor accommodation and transportation.

Must have very good experience posting Journal entries.

Must have good knowledge of financial metrics such as double entry book keeping system, net profit margin and gross profit margin calculation, operating profit, Current/Quick Ratio, Working Capital, AR/AP Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Cash Conversion Cycle, Current asses and fixed assets.

Age - 27 to 35 years.

Job Purpose:

Managing daily accounting tasks such as posting journal entries, making financial decisions by tracking and correcting company accounts, conducting financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring accurate financial records throughout the year.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. Update accounts payable and receivable daily to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate. Reconcile the account transactions. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines. Assist with the reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned. Enter and update financial data in SAP B1 to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed. Prepare and submit reports. Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly and yearly closings. Assist with other accounting projects. Perform other duties as and when needed.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
