Junior Accountant

to join our finance team at our aesthetic clinic in Dubai. As a Junior Accountant, you will assist in the day-to-day financial operations, helping ensure smooth and efficient financial transactions. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the accounting field while supporting senior accounting staff.

Assist with Financial Record Keeping

: Help maintain accurate records of all clinic financial transactions, including patient invoices, payments, and medical product sales.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

: Assist with the preparation and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Ensure timely collection of patient payments and payment to vendors.

Bank Reconciliations

: Support the reconciliation of daily, weekly, and monthly bank statements and credit card accounts.

Assist in Payroll

: Provide support in payroll processing by ensuring that employees' timesheets are accurate, and deductions are properly calculated.

Assist in Monthly Reporting

: Help prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, under the guidance of senior accounting staff.

Inventory Tracking

: Assist in tracking inventory levels for medical supplies, cosmeceuticals, and other consumables, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Petty Cash Management

: Help manage petty cash and track expenses, ensuring that all receipts and expenses are accurately recorded.

Assist with VAT Filing

: Support in the preparation of VAT returns and ensure that all VAT transactions are documented properly for compliance with UAE tax laws.

Data Entry

: Perform data entry tasks, including inputting financial transactions into accounting software and maintaining digital and physical records.

Job Qualifications:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance. Experience in a healthcare, clinic, or aesthetic environment is a plus.

Attention to Detail

: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record-keeping.

Communication Skills

: Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Organizational Skills

: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.

Team Player

: Willingness to work closely with senior accountants and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Eagerness to Learn

: A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field.

Confidentiality

: A strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection, particularly with patient financial information.
