Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Production Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our furniture manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in

joinery/furniture production

, team leadership, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and oversee

daily production activities

, ensuring targets, quality, and deadlines are met. Manage all aspects of

furniture and joinery production

, including cutting, assembling, finishing, and packaging. Allocate manpower and machinery efficiently to meet production deadlines. Supervise and lead a team of skilled workers, supervisors, and foremen, providing direction and support. Ensure

quality control procedures

are followed at every stage of the production process. Monitor raw material usage, reduce wastage, and coordinate with the procurement team for timely supply. Collaborate with design, project, and site teams to align production with project requirements. Maintain compliance with

health, safety, and environmental standards

in the workshop. Prepare production reports, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvements. Conduct regular inspections and ensure equipment maintenance schedules are followed.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience

in a

production management or supervisory role

within the

furniture manufacturing or joinery industry

. Strong understanding of

woodworking machinery, production workflow

, and materials. Proven track record in managing teams and delivering projects on time. Excellent planning, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and production tracking tools; ERP knowledge is a plus. Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or related field (preferred).

UAE Driving License is mandatory.
