8-10 years of proven UAE experience
in joinery production, with hands-on knowledge of factory workflows, materials, timelines, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage daily production schedules for joinery projects.
Ensure timely execution of production activities according to project deadlines.
Liaise with the Project Managers, Design Team, and Factory Supervisors to align production plans.
Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement for timely ordering.
Track production progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Resolve production issues and ensure smooth workflow in the factory.
Ensure all works meet required quality standards and client specifications.
Manage manpower allocation inside the joinery factory.
Implement and monitor health, safety, and quality procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
8-10 years of proven experience in
Joinery Production
in the UAE.
Factory experience is a must.
Strong understanding of joinery materials, production processes, and machinery.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple production orders.
Knowledge of production planning tools and ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
